Please confirm the applicable itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and other material details with CAST Tours before making a booking or payment.

4. Bookings and Payments

A booking is not confirmed merely because you view information on the Website or communicate with the Website’s chatbot. A booking is subject to CAST Tours’ confirmation and the applicable booking documents, payment instructions, and terms.

Payment methods, deposit requirements, balances, due dates, and any fees will be communicated for the relevant tour. Do not send payment details through the chatbot.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Customers paying in full on initial purchase receive 100 percent deposit up to 120 days prior to departure for those making deposit and regular installment payments 

Cancel up to 120 days prior to departure and receive 50% refundable 

After 120 days – No refunds 

Please note – Cancellations take approximately 30 days for Payments to be refunded

6. AI-Powered Chatbot

The Website may provide an AI-powered chatbot to answer general questions about CAST Tours and its trips. Responses may be generated using information supplied to an external AI service provider and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.

The chatbot is for general information only. It cannot confirm individual availability, create or confirm a booking, process payments, or make binding commitments on behalf of CAST Tours. Please contact CAST Tours staff to verify important information.

Do not enter personal information, passport details, payment-card or bank details, reservation information, or other confidential information into the chatbot.
